Gas Nitriding- In-house gas Nitriding furnaces- not one- but the battery of them.
We are having one of the biggest gas nitriding plants in Asia. Our gas nitriding furnaces are of different depths.
We have machinery which is imported from the overseas market to make sure the best quality screw barrel is manufactured on our premises. We have on all types of machinery in premises such as WMW Machine, Milling Machine, Grinding Machine, honing machine, the battery of furnaces, etc. So that the screw barrels made our factory are the best quality.
We have a thread milling machine which is specially imported from Germany. These machines are able to make the screws up to 5 meters in length.
We can manufacturer screws up to 150 diameters, 5-meter length and barrels 150 diameter, 4-meter length. We have one of the biggest (lengthwise) gas Nitriding furnaces in Aisa.
